Channel List and Categories
A useful subscription has clear categories and working channels for the regions you care about. Avoid paying for a huge list if your must-have channels are missing.
Ask about sport, films, kids, news, international, adult filtering, PPV, and catch-up categories if any of those matter to your household.
Picture and Streaming Quality
Look for HD and Full HD availability, sensible 4K expectations, and stable stream startup. Quality depends on both the provider and your home connection.
If possible, test during the time you normally watch. Evening performance is more meaningful than a quiet afternoon test.
Device Compatibility
Confirm that your device and app are supported before buying. Fire Stick, Android TV, Smart TV, MAG, iPhone, iPad, Windows, Mac, Kodi, and VLC use different setup flows.
The subscription should include the correct login format: Xtream Codes, M3U playlist, portal URL, or app-specific activation.
EPG, VOD, and Connections
EPG makes live TV easier to browse, while VOD adds films and series. Both features should be described clearly so you know what is included.
Connection limits matter. If the plan says one connection, using it on two screens at once can lock or interrupt the account.
Refund and Support Policy
A written policy should explain what happens if activation fails, if the app does not work, or if the service cannot be made usable after support.
Keep messages and screenshots. Clear evidence helps both customer and support team solve problems quickly.
